On August 22nd, the reporter learned from Guangzhou Port Group that the grid connection ceremony of the 7.3MW BIPV distributed photovoltaic project of Guangzhou Nansha Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd. was recently held in Nansha Port, marking the smooth realization of full capacity grid connection and official operation of the project. The project utilizes the maintenance workshop and idle roofs of warehouses 1 to 3 of Guangzhou Nansha Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd. to construct a distributed photovoltaic power station. The project has an operation period of 25 years, with an average annual designed power generation of 6.8 million kWh and an average annual carbon reduction of 4338 tons. After being put into use, the clean energy usage ratio of Guangzhou Nansha Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd. will increase to over 20%.It is understood that this project is currently the largest distributed photovoltaic project in a single dock in China, achieving a major leap in the development of green energy supply. In addition, the project construction will be organically combined with scientific research and innovation, and photovoltaic operation and maintenance robots will be used to achieve unmanned cleaning of photovoltaic power plants; Customized research and development of energy efficiency management system to achieve intelligent management of energy and carbon emissions in the port area; Comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of TPO waterproofing technology and BIPV waterproofing technology in port environments, exploring the best solution for distributed photovoltaics in port environments, and following the trend of green, low-carbon, and intelligent shipping development, conducting research on port green and intelligent transformation.
